The Disability Partnership team now provides services predominantly across service sector industries and individual branches of the home Civil Service.  Customers include: The Royal Society for Arts, Capital radios “Party in the Park, Intercontinental Hotels group, the Department of Trade & Industry, BT and the Department of Culture, Media & Sport. In addition, we have a “Best Practice” advisor trained by the Disability Rights Commission covering advice and information on topics relating to specific legislation. This is beginning to be recognised as a valuable and quality resource by a wide range of our customers.

Organisations and company’s across the country are acknowledging the need for quality specialist input to ensure best practice for disabled customers and employees alike. We, together with our partners can provide tailor made solutions for all types of business.

As a new development over the past decade, the launch pad activity of The Disability Partnership has also created significant expertise in the area of change management – particularly relating to the not for profit sector of specialist agencies operating in the United Kingdom.  With increasing demands on the voluntary sector, many organisations have brought in costly commercial expertise to assist in areas such as competitiveness, re launching of initiatives, re branding of materials, and fundamental shifts in management, which are needed to accommodate financial, legal and organisational demands.

The team of experts is led by Peter Holland, Chief Executive of The Disability Partnership and a specialist in the sector for over 30 years.  He has developed a strong reputation in the voluntary sector and specifically specialist areas within British Industry such as hospitality and financial sectors.

The service is jointly managed by Chloe Franks who has established a significant presence specifically in services to the home Civil Service and allied branches of service organisations.  Between them they provide a comprehensive range of assessments, specialist advice and solutions driven services.

We are also assisted where appropriate by many of the country’s leading specialist consultancy services, such as Churchill & Friend, Access Matters, Goss Consultancy and Disability Matters.
